The method of check-in and check-out will change.
You will be able to check in and out by yourself using a dedicated app.

before making your reservation on the website.

※If you are unable to install the app despite repeated attempts, please check your reservation number and proceed directly to the campsite without using the Smart Check-in app.
Please ensure you go to the correct campsite number.
Check-in is at 13:00 and check-out is at 11:00. We ask that you strictly adhere to these times.
We have currently requested the app developer to release an update to ensure compatibility with overseas mobile carriers.
While we would ideally like to have staff on-site at all times, staffing constraints make this impossible for the moment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
