• 場内閉鎖時
• 台風の暴風警戒区域に該当した場合（気象庁発表）
• 気象警報が発令された場合（当日または直前）
• 警報が継続し、安全な利用が困難と判断される場合

🌧️ Weather-Related Cancellation Fee Waiver

No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases:

• Campground closure
• Typhoon warning area designated by the Japan Meteorological Agency
• Weather warning issued (on the day or just before)
• Warning continues and safe use is deemed difficult

📌 区画番号指定予約制度・価格透明化制度について

2025年11月1日より、【区画番号指定予約制度】および【価格透明化制度】を導入いたします。
すべての区画が番号指定となり、事前にご希望の区画をご自身で選択・予約いただく形式となります。

• 連泊で同じ場所を確保できない場合：
  別の空いている区画をご検討いただくか、キャンセル待ちを登録しご自身でご予約ください。
  ※別番号区画での予約はチェックアウト時間までにご移動いただく必要がございます。
  ※当日チェックインの際に変更可能な場合もございますので、現地でお問い合わせください。
  その際は現地にて「なっぷ予約の再予約処理」を行います。
• 隣同士希望の場合：
  区画マップをご確認いただき、お客様ご自身で隣になるようにご予約ください。

📌 Site Number Reservation & Transparent Pricing Policy

Starting November 1, 2025, we will implement a Site Number Reservation System and a Transparent Pricing Policy.
All campsites will require guests to select and reserve a specific site number in advance.

•  Staying multiple nights but unable to secure the same site:
  Please consider booking a different available site or register for the waitlist and make a new reservation yourself.
  ※ If switching sites, you must move by the designated check-out time.
  ※ Changes may be possible at check-in; please inquire on-site. In such cases, we will assist with the rebooking process via Nap reservation system.
•  Requesting adjacent sites:
  Please check the site map and make reservations for neighboring sites yourself.

強風・大雨などによる怪我や物品破損については、当キャンプ場では責任を負いかねます。
避難指示や警報が発令された場合は、途中退場をお願いする場合があります。

We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by strong winds, heavy rain, or other natural events.
In case of evacuation orders or weather warnings, guests may be asked to leave the site early for safety reasons.
